Mr. Manish Tiwari is a visionary entrepreneur with 15+ years of diverse business experience, combining a strong scientific foundation with strategic and people-centric leadership. An M.Pharm (Medical Chemistry) and B.Sc. graduate, he began his career in medical research at CSIR–CDRI, Lucknow, and later spent over five years as a faculty member at BBDNITM, shaping young professionals.
As the Founder of Kanak Kalash Group, he is known for building ethical, transparent, and growth-driven ventures. A natural team builder and opportunity creator, Mr. Tiwari leads with clarity, courage, and a long-term vision focused on impact, collaboration, and lasting legacy.

Mrs. Pooja Tiwari is the operational and emotional backbone of Kanak Kalash Group. Masters in English Literature, she brings clarity of thought, discipline, and deep accountability to leadership. As Co-founder & CEO, she translates vision into execution, ensuring excellence in operations, team culture, and stakeholder trust. Her leadership was prominently demonstrated during Maha Kumbh Mela 2025, where she led the successful execution of Kumbh Ganga Retreat under high-pressure conditions. Known for her precision in negotiations, tireless operational focus, and people-first approach, she ensures that growth at Kanak Kalash Group is driven by both performance and purpose.
